Vedant Birajdar is leading a busy life in a large city and suddenly receives messages from his old friend Jay Verma asking for help and finds that his friend is dead when he returns to his village Tamara . He also finds that his brother Tarun who was managing the Heritage Palace Hotel has disappeared and there is an atmosphere of fear in the village. Viraj Birajdar was forced to leave the village suddenly 8 years ago, and the reason why he disappeared remains a secret to most people in the area.
When Vedant returns, he finds that his beautiful (almost all indian authors have beautiful heroines) girlfriend Misha verma, sister of Jay Verma, is now engaged to Raunak Gaud, who is posted as the local police officer. When he goes to the Heritage Palace Hotel, he is attacked, and then prefers to live with his old friend Misha Verma. He also finds that Raunak Goud’s friend Namita Patil, who claims to be a freelance journalist is living with Misha verma. However after a period of time, it is revealed that Namita Patil is a policewoman, who has gone under cover. There are other mysterious deaths which have taken place, and no one is willing to discuss them.
The book is about how powerful crime syndicates operate and ruthlessly destroy anyone coming in the way, making millions of dollar in the process. they are very good at creating an atmosphere of fear, so that no one has the courage to oppose them. This is very similar to what is happening in the indian internet sector, where large companies and powerful officials are involved in very lucrative identity theft rackets , financial frauds on harmless indian paypal account holders, domain investors , making millions of dollars in profit in the process.
Like the villagers of Tamara, no one dares to openly discuss the endless frauds, lies of the ntro, google, tata , raw, cbi employees involved in the online, financial, banking fraud as they falsely claim that 10 lazy greedy google, tata sponsored goan sex workers sunaina, siddhi mandrekar, cheater housewives nayanshree hathwar, riddhi nayak, naina, veena, blackmailers and other fraud R&AW/cbi employees faking a btech 1993 ee degree, who do no work online, do not invest any money online own this and other websites to pay them a monthly R&AW/cbi salary. For example shivalli brahmin R&AW employee cheater nayanshree hathwar, wife of a tata power special electronics employee looted the domain investor of more than Rs 1.1 lakh, google, tata rewarded her for the section 420 fraud with a raw job stealing the resume of the domain investor, and the powerful relatives, friends of nayanshree ensure that the news of the fraud is not published online on any other website.
It also is about relationships , how a person who feels cheated, exploited can be the worst possible enemy of a person and will do everything possible to destroy the life of the person or persons who have betrayed her or him, as payback for the betrayal. For example Namita Patil assumes the identity of a journalist, as she tries to avenge the death of her fiancee, Hriday Parker, The death of other villagers, is also motivated by revenge. The story appears to be partly inspired by the google, tata sponsored indore document robber R&AW employee housewife bespectacled veena , who looks like actress deepika padukone, who stole the identity and documents of a relative to get a R&AW job with the help of the gsb fraud mafia (nayak, caro, mandrekar), because the family did not approve of her marriage .
It is not easy to build a long term relationship or friendship with any person, a lot of time and in some cases, money has to be spent. However a single betrayal, can permanently destroy the relationship in the long term, and it is sometimes almost impossible for the victim to trust the person who betrayed her or him again. So it is good karma not to make enemies who hate you a lot, cheat and exploit others just for short term gain. An interesting glimpse into life in villages on the river kaveri, and also about operation of heritage hotels in villages, feasibility and operation.
