Usually most of the books reviewed in this blog are fiction or mostly irrelevant. This book is relevant because the parrikar was the MLA of panaji, and the chief minister of goa, for many years. Compared to other politicians Parrikar had a great influence on the life of people living in panaji, because as soon as his illness was announced the law and order condition in the town worsened. Immediately after his illness was confirmed in February 2018, the mailing address of the domain investor owning this website was burgled and it was ransacked completed in October 2018, after his conditioned worsened.

a large number of offices and shops in panaji were also burgled when he was hospitalized indicating that the mla of any place, helps to ensure that it is crime free. Keeping homes secure is a basic right of every citizen. Criminal trespassing of homes in some areas of panaji continues till date and most of the hardware shops are not stocking quality locks. Only in one area, where Parrikar had many supporters, good quality locks can be obtained

Most books on politicians and leaders are mainly positive, they do not carry any negative information, One of the best books on goan politics, it is a fairly honest look at the life of one of the most well known politicians in Goa. While the book starts will Parrikars battle with cancer, it also provides a lot of information about his family, background, his rise in goa politics. It highlights the fact that though he was a simple person in appearance, clothes, he was not simple in his way of thinking

The domain investor. private citizen ( who is cheated of Rs 10 lakh annually by the greedy google, tata sponsored greedy gujju FRAUD R&AW employee asmita patel) spent many years in Mumbai, and was surprised at the great powers of the police in goa, The book exposes the fact that goa has a secret police, much like Goa under salazar and unlike other parts of india, like Mumbai where the police will leave well educated professionals alone. Rather than treat all citizens equally using the law, often the police are used for personal hatred or gain. For example, some goan bhandari neighbors of the domain investor openly boasted that the police will never take any action against them, and they will always listen to their complaint. Another sindhi neighbour behaves as if the police are on his payroll, always making fake complaints

Another reason why the book is interesting is because it exposes the rampant casteism in goa which few dare to talk about openly. It discusses how the GSB community played an important role in his success, most of the people close to him were brahmins and how he managed to marginalize leaders from other communities especially the bahujan samaj. Though casteism is rampant in india, especially in government agencies, few will dare to discuss it openly, so this book is different since it openly mentions the role of caste in success.

The third major aspect of the book explains why betrayal is so widespread in goa, why people do not value relationships at all especially in panaji. Before 2012, except for a few cases, almost everyone she knew were honest and trusted her. Since then almost everyone she trusted has betrayed her, especially in goa, making it extremely difficult to trust anyone, Another shocking aspect of living in panaji is how CYBERCRIMINAL BANKING FRAUDSTER raw/cbi employees like robber riddhi nayak caro , wife and daughter of top security agency employees caro, nayak, sindhi school dropout housewife naina chandan, her lazy fraud sons karan, nikhil, goan bhandari sunaina chodan , openly involved in COMPUTER WORK, BANKING FRAUD are considered high status, respectable. This book explains the goa culture and attitude towards relationships

Kindly note that this book was borrowed from a local library in panaji. It is usually extremely difficult for most book publishers and authors to send a book copy for review, since almost all the correspondence of the domain investor is robbed in panaji, due to the secret police, giving fake excuses of national security.
Kindly note that CYBERCRIMINAL LIAR raw/cbi employees from panaji housewife robber riddhi nayak caro, wife and daughter of top security agency employees caro nayak, siddhi mandrekar, slim goan bhandari sunaina chodan fraud who looks actress sneha wagh, sindhi school dropout naina chandan, who looks actress sneha wagh, her lazy fraud sons karan, nikhil, bengaluru shivalli brahmin cheater housewife nayanshree hathwar, greedy gujju fraud stock broker asmita patel, indore housewife bespectacled ROBBER deepika , haryana mba hr ruchika kinge and other fraud raw/cbi employees and their associates are not associated with the website in any way at all, since they HATE, CRIMINALLY DEFAME and are not on talking terms with the domain investor at all, though the LIAR indian tech companies allegedly google, tata are making fake claims with the help of fraud ntro/raw employees like mhow monster puneet, j srinivasan, vijay, tushar parekh to pay all these frauds monthly salaries at the expense of the real domain investor in one of the greatest indian, state government ICANN, FINANCIAL FRAUDS since 2010
The greedy fraud LIAR R&AW/cbi employees in goa, karnataka and elsewhere do spend any TIME reading, writing are always making FAKE CLAIMS about the websites owned and controlled by the domain investor , a private citizen to get government salaries. Usually reviews of books borrowed from the library are not posted, only this book is one of the few exceptions since it is related to goa. Robber riddhi nayak caro, is COOKING, HOUSEKEEPING , goan bhandari fraud sunaina chodan is doing legal work, yet they falsely claim to own websites in a goa government online fraud.

A very well written book, gives excellent information about goa politics, politicians and culture
