Review : Happiness is all we want by Ashutosh Mishra 0

“Happiness is all we want” is a self help book focusing on the different aspects of happiness, mental , physical and spiritual. Despite holding a senior position in the banking sector the author has provided comprehensive information on the various meditation techniques like Yog Nidra,Pranayama, Reiki, making it a one stop guide to finding out the best meditation method for mental well being. This is preferable to purchasing different books and then finding that the information is not very relevant or applicable.

In particular the section on physical well being is well researched, having information on how the body reacts to different forms of exercise and the possibility of injuries. The book has detailed information on nutrition, the damage caused by junk food, modifying the diet to incorporate healthy food, and how technology is affecting our lifestyle, people are not focusing on eating their food as they are monitoring their gadget. It discusses the pros and cons of various exercise options like brisk walking, jogging, cycling, weights training, yoga asana and also how to prevent injuries .

It also provides an overview of the different meditation and other traditional methods like pranayama, vipassana , yoga, keeping calm and the importance for finding time for oneself . Many of the techniques like vipassana are mentioned in the media, however this book explains these methods in great detail, how a person can incorporate these changes in his or life. Each chapter incorporates interesting anectodes and examples from real life .

This book has been written by a busy finance professional and is very useful to those who lead a similar hitech and hectic lifestyle, travelling regularly, have a family with children and are using the latest gadgets. However it is not very relevant to the unfortunate indian citizens who are fighting an extremely brutal identity theft attempt by NTRO, R&AW, CBI, indian intelligence and security agencies, The author has a engineering IIM background, however many of issues are not relevant to the harmless engineers from top colleges who are subjected to identity theft like in the 2009 Aamir Khan movie “3 Idiots” by senior powerful top NTRO, intelligence and security agencies.

The unlucky engineers from top indian colleges targetted for identity theft by the indian government find that their resume, retirement savings, correspondence, memory is stolen without a court order, legally valid reason , and the indian government, NTRO, CBI, raw are falsely claiming that 10 lazy greedy google, tata sponsored goan sex workers, cheater housewives and other fraud R&AW/CBI employees have the resume, investment of the engineer. It is extremely difficult for the engineer who is subjected to identity theft, stalking , wasting crores of indian tax payer money to be happy when crores of rupees of indian tax payer money are being wasted annually to destroy the engineers life.

In particular, R&AW, CBI, NTRO, indian government are falsely claiming that lazy greedy google, tata sponsored slim goan obc bhandari R&AW employee sunaina chodan, 2013 bsc who provides SEX services to male NTRO, cbi employees, indore document robber R&AW employee bespectacled housewife veena, shivalli brahmin cheater housewife bbm nayanshree hathwar, goan gsb fraud housewife riddhi nayak and others who never answered JEE have the btech 1993 ee degree, resume, investment of the domain investor owning this website, google competitor who had a better 1989 jee rank than google ceo sundar pichai, Medical records will prove that VVIP goan R&AW employee sex worker sunaina chodan (like others) was not even born in 1989 to give 1989 JEE and get a btech 1993 ee degree, yet she has very powerful sugar daddies like j srinivasan, puneet who are wasting crores of indian tax payer money to dupe people, companies and countries worldwide that the 2013 bsc goan sex worker was their btech 1993 ee classmate

While this book is not very relevant to small business owners in the internet sector subjected to brutal identity theft attempt allegedly by google, tata , most professionals with a well paid job, working in large companies will find this book very helpful and relavant, providing almost all the wellness, fitness information they require in one book.
